Watch the shadow. A shadow under incoming obstacles appears just before they arrive. Use it to anticipate the jump timing.
After 300m it gets serious. Speed increases sharply. Short, precise taps work better than held jumps at high speed.
The leaderboard resets daily. A strong morning run can put you at the top of your city all day.
